Day Shift: 6:00am-6:30pm
Night Shift: 6:00pm-6:30am
Work rotating 12 hour shifts. You will work 36 hours one week and 48 hours they next. You'll enjoy every other weekend off and one weekend a month is a 3-day weekend!
Overtime is available at Enkei for those who want it, and Enkei offers the flexibility to switch your days off for appointments or other personal matters.
Enkei Production Associate Details:
Temporary position$15.00 to $15.50 /hourFull Time work availableVarious shifts available (Monday through Sunday)Elwood hires for positions in Casting, Machining, Paint, Inspection, Rework, and Logistics.
These jobs give you a great workout. You will lift the wheels, which weigh 50-75lbs. repetitively during your 12-hour shift. Earn PTO and Paid Medical Days.After only 520 hours worked, you'll be eligible for direct hire.Enkei America promotes from within.There are plenty of opportunities for growth, which includes learning new skills or moving into positions of leadership.Enkei offers an excellent benefit package upon direct hire, including access to an on-site medical clinic.
Enkei Production Associate Qualifications:
Able to stand for a 12-hour shiftAble to repetitively lift up to 50-75pounds repetitively throughout your 12hr shiftMust be okay with working in high temperatures.You will be on your feet, bending, stooping and lifting wheels for a 12 hour shiftHave an eye for qualityReliable attendance recordApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
