Temp-to-Hire position$18.00 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredSecond Shift (Sunday through Saturday from 07:00pm to 07:00am)• Recommends suggestions for improvement • Uses sound judgment in authority to shutdown line and immediately reports safety, food safety, maintenance, production and quality problems to the supervisor
• Required to read, understand and follow all customer specifications
• Able to manage limited supervision and is able to handle routine and more complex duties including troubleshooting, assembly/ disassembly, metal detection and/ or changeovers on your own in most cases- if help is required, you are required to escalate the issue to the leadership team.
• Responsible for ensuring that all food quality and quality requirements are met by the team including date codes, startup check sheets, and first piece perfect
• Responsible for ensuring/ assisting in training of new or current team members effectively
• Monitors and tracks productivity/ quality and looks for opportunities to maximize line effectiveness
Enrobing Operator Qualifications:
• 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Ability to read and understand customer specifications
• Basic math skills
