Enrollment Administrator - Project
The Enrollment Administrator is responsible for effective and accurate data entry/updates as requested by the account management teams. This includes both individual prelim entry as well as bulk project uploads/updates. The Enrollment Administrator is privy to highly sensitive information and must adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines. Effective prelim entry directly correlates to systems knowledge, accurate data entry and strong communication skills. This position is project-based and hours will vary based upon the business needs and volume, not to exceed 28 hours a week. Results & Strategy The Enrollment Administrator must successfully complete assignments submitted through the centralized prelim submission site, within designated timeframe/deadline. The Enrollment Administrator is responsible for checking the prelim submission site throughout their scheduled shift and tagging available assignments to be completed. Assignments may include individual prelim entry, prelim updates or closures, and bulk project uploads. Data integrity and maintaining accurate records in various systems is also required. Client & Candidate Enrollment Administrator must assess submission details and Prelim Entry Form details for the specific client and determine if there is missing and or conflicting information and communicate these issues to the submission creator. Must provide courteous and professional support to account management team and maintain accuracy in data entered/updated. Required ● Industry: 3 Years Data Entry in fast paced self-directed environment ● Education: High School Diploma or above ● Technology: Competency in MS office products; proficient in MS Excel; experience with proprietary data bases’ ability to multitask; high level of data integrity ● Experience: Proven record of accurate data entry; process-oriented; ability to work autonomously Nice to Have ● Experience: Prior data entry experience ManpowerGroup is proud to be an equal opportunity affirmative action workplace.
