Responsibilities

The Mobile Travel Brand Ambassador work at the airports, agencies, and across IDEMIA Enrollment Services Network engaging with travelers to increase awareness and participation in the Enrollment Service programs. The ideal candidate for this position is an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment while always maintaining professionalism. You will be working at the intersection of identity and travel where IDEMIA is driving a frictionless travel experience for consumers with privacy at its core.

 

Responsibilities

Drive program enrollments by engaging travelers and selling them the benefits of TSA PreCheck Conduct enrollment services as a certified Enrollment Agent using state of the art biometric and identity document authentication technologyExceptional customer-service-focused communication skills and the ability to engage with potential customers, general travelers, and existing TSA PreCheck members Comply with all privacy and security guidelines, policies and procedures at all timesAnalyze performance metrics, customer feedback and environmental observations to make informed suggestions on improving operations and customer serviceCoordinate communications between IDEMIA and 3rd party stakeholders that provide facilities for enrollment servicesMaintain a clean and safe work environment

 

Working Conditions and Requirements

Travel is required (>100%)Overnight travel may be required Ability to stand for >8 hours per dayA company vehicle may be assigned in some areasModerate physical effort with frequent walking, lifting, and/or moving of materials up to 40 poundsInstall enrollment hardware, maintain, and follow technology and security policiesAbility to maintain a high level of productivity under minimal supervisionAirport environment, other retail settings, workshops, and enrollment locations Effectively schedule transportation to and from assigned locations, abiding by security protocols, badging, parking, and dress code Qualifications Positive and energetic attitudeSelf-motivated, customer service-driven achiever interested in selling TSA PreCheckPrevious sales and/or customer service experience a plus committed to protecting customer privacy at all timesProficient computer skills (Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)Open availability and flexibility are a must – ability to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends (40 hours per week)High school diploma or equivalent degreeMust be at least twenty one (21) years oldMust be United States citizen (dual citizenship may be allowed)A valid driver’s license and a reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a teamAct with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of IDEMIA Options Apply for this job onlineApplyShareEmail this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
