Enrollment Analyst
Key Responsibilities: + 65% of the role will be focused on processing Medicare enrollment applications, including initial, revalidation, reactivation, and changes of information. You will review, verify, and validate provider data for accuracy, ensuring it is updated in the appropriate enrollment databases and workflow management systems. + 35% of the role involves providing quality service and effective communication with internal and external customers. You will handle inquiries (written/telephonic), supply enrollment applications, and offer guidance on the Medicare enrollment process. Required Education: + Bachelor's degree or 4 years of job-related work experience, including at least six months working in an office environment. Preferred Education: + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Health Administration. Required Skills & Abilities: + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). + Excellent judgment and decision-making skills. + Effective customer service and organizational skills. + Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in spelling, punctuation, and grammar. + Basic business math proficiency. + Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. + Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion. Preferred Skills & Abilities: + In-depth knowledge of the provider certification process, claims processing, pricing methodology, and discount programs. + Familiarity with Medicare program instructions and regulations related to provider enrollment. + Strong presentation skills. + Critical thinking, data analysis, time management, adaptability, and strong communication abilities. Work Environment: + Typical office environment with the potential for remote work. + Must be a local candidate, as this is an onsite position with the possibility of remote flexibility. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
