Job Description
The objective of this position is to establish program enrollment for new and existing clients to enable billing with an elevated level of accuracy. As clients' enrollment needs change, the role will analyze and execute enrollment changes accurately for a portfolio of customers. As programs are created or evolve, the role will participate in focused projects to adjust enrollment as outlined.
ResponsibilitiesEstablish program enrollment for new and existing clients to enable accurate billing.Analyze and execute enrollment changes for a portfolio of customers.Participate in focused projects to adjust enrollment as programs are created or evolve.Follow defined SOPs to apply contractual fees to units within a client as outlined by customer-facing teams (FPS/NBI).Utilize system logic and client contracts to make enrollment updates and validate changes through billing reports.Ensure all applicable units are enrolled with the correct rate and effective date to drive accurate billing and revenue generation.Engage periodically with product areas to maintain an assigned subset of SOPs and procedures that support those programs.Support team projects to adjust enrollment across a wide range of clients and programs as identified by the business and prioritized by leadership.Essential SkillsExcellent Microsoft Excel skills, especially VLOOKUP.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work well within a team and individually.Continuous improvement mindset and curiosity.Ability to prioritize work effectively.Resourceful and able to research, resolve problems, and make independent judgments.Effective communication skills with internal stakeholders.Highly organized.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with accounting and invoicing.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Problem-solving skills.Independent judgment capabilities.Work Environment
The role requires a blend of remote and in-office work, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. The position involves working closely with internal teams and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
