Responsible for enrolling eligible women into the BCCCP. **Responsibilities:** + Answerall phone calls re: BCCCP enrollment. + Identify and enroll eligible women intothe BCCCP. + Facilitate appointments. + Assembleand mail enrollment letters to patients. + Navigate BCCCP eligible women to dispelany barriers. + High school diploma required, some college preferred. + Customer Service skills and experience required. + Excellent telephone communication skills. **For Bilingual, must be fluent in both Spanish and English.** + Proficient in Word, Access, and Excel. + Must have good organizational skills and can work well independently and as part of a team.
