We are currently seeking an Enrollment Technician that thrives in a fast-paced environment with exceptional organizational skills.
What You'll Do Essential Duties Include:Supporting role for our Data Management Team using programs such as Selerix, Employee Navigator, Harmony, Excel, and other technology platformsWork closely with our Client Services team to assist and provide technical support related to the benefits administration system to meet client expectationsConfigure and maintain benefits administration system for clients, including plans, eligibility, coverage options, and premiumsDevelop and maintain reports, including custom data reportsRespond to benefit and system related inquiries to ensure questions are handled timelyTroubleshoot system issues and work with necessary parties to resolve errorsEffective communication with both technical and non-technical co-workers is expectedPrioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously to ensure client satisfaction and completion within a set timelineConsistently maintain security and confidentiality of all client data per company policy and HIPAA requirementsCompleting special projects as assignedFollowing company procedures concerning all essential duties and responsibilities What You'll Need Requirements:Associate degree or equivalent experienceExperience with Selerix’s BenSelect platform, Employee Navigator or other benefits administration platforms preferredExcellent critical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and analytical skillsKnowledge or experience with HIPAA regulations is aExceptional time management and organizational skills to work independently as well as with a teamAdvanced Microsoft Office Skills– Excel (must have), Word, OneNote and Outlook Grow, with usAccretive is a collection of elite specialty and wholesale agencies supported by experienced industry leaders.
