DEPARTMENT: Otolaryngology
THE POSITION
St. Lawrence Health is looking for full-time Otolaryngologists (General ENT) to join our team of dedicated providers!
The ideal candidate will be BE within 5 years of completing residency or BC in Otolaryngology. Can be Canadian Board Certified.
Otolaryngology services include but are not limited to:
Chronic cough, ear surgery, ear tube surgery, facial plastics & reconstruction with free flaps, head and neck cancer, hearing loss, hoarseness, mouth lesions and tumors, pediatric ENT services, salivary stones, sinus surgery, tracheostomy, tracheal surgery of granulation tissue, thyroid and parathyroid surgery, tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy, reflux.
The Physician will provide treatment and examination of patients during routine office hours and perform otolaryngology surgeries on patients as needed at the hospital.
Weekly schedule can be flexible toward candidate needs/preferences – can be 4 10-hour shifts or 5 8-hour shifts.
3-4 days per week in the office with 1 day for surgery.
1:3 call including 1 weekend per month
Approximately 20-26 patients per day/can be as busy as desired.
Typical clinical staff coverage includes 2 LPNs, an ENT RN, and patient rep.

Full-Time Base Pay Range: $473,000-$641,000*
Compensation with salary guarantee, performance based-incentives, sign on bonus, and allowance for CME, Dues and Licensing
