ABOUT THE ROLE
The Entegral Project Manager II within the Claims Portfolio will manage a complex integration project that combines new development, data migration and integration with partners. Responsibilities include developing detailed work plans, providing project status, as well as anticipating and identifying risks and issues, recommending solutions and working with senior management to implement those solutions.
The Project Manager II collaborates with stakeholders and others to define project/program scope and objectives, identify required skills and resources for the project team(s), develop work plans, and provide project and/or program status to stakeholders and others. The Project Manager's objective is to make the most of a working team, guide projects while keeping agile values and principles in mind, maintaining transparency, guiding adjustments based on feedback loops, identifying risks from the team or others, creating a project environment that supports respect for the working team as well as keeping the customer first. In addition, this position anticipates and identifies program-level issues and risks, recommends solutions, and works with senior and executive management to maintain program success.

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with job posting disclosure requirements in California, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, and Washington.
Pay Range: $105,600 - $132,000
Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs. Depending on the position, compensation may also include bonuses.
