The RoleThe Enterprise Account Director, Global Banking (EAD) unlocks the value of D&B across two of our global banking customers. He/she is responsible for executing on the global account strategy for our major customers to maximise financial and strategic client value, ensuring that short term needs align to long term goals. He/ she is a trusted advisor who owns the commercial relationship and shares knowledge of the marketplace, uncovering customer needs and articulating how D&B can deliver on those in partnership with the client, our internal stakeholders and the wider technology and consulting marketplace. He/she shares a track record in negotiating large, complex deals with top tier banking organisations, whilst constantly evolving the relationship within existing and new areas and driving outcome driven transformation. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and maintain the Strategic Plan that articulates how D&B is driving value across the bank. To execute on this, you will consult and work collaboratively with the Program and Customer Success Manager in the Enterprise Account Team as well as the leadership and business functions across D&BLead the Enterprise Account Team and virtual global team to deliver against customer requirementsDrive the Clients/D&B Governance structure including project meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews, semi-annual, annual reviews. The Enterprise Account Director needs to ensure that these sessions provide value and that key stakeholders from the clients/ D&B remain accountableIdentify, manage and close long term and complex solutions alongside with D&B’s teams and the customer, whilst ensuring the maximum exposure of existing services across the BankAdvocate for ongoing client support and delivery success in partnership with our program / delivery functions, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfactionUnderstand and work with the bank’s technology and consulting partners to ensure that D&B is at the heart of both their data and technology roadmap – hence advocating innovation and alignment to the bank’s strategic business initiativesBuild and maintain ongoing strategic C level and/or C-Level -1 relationships across the bankForecast the strategic account plan vs key performance indicators Help create a high performing culture and a collaborative environment within the teamKey RequirementsA track record of successful selling at Major Account level with a minimum sales and revenue responsibility of USD 5M + and with previous experience demonstrating consistent individual over-achievementExcellence at Client Relationship Management and demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at C-level /C-1Strong knowledge of the banking and financial services’ market A sound understanding of how technology is a key driver of banking transformationAbility to co-ordinate a team based approach to selling and strategic account managementProven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and projects at both tactical and strategic levels Must demonstrate the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders in a rapidly changing environmentA sound understanding of Tier 1 customer procurement processesPrevious experience selling data driven solutions into the Financial Services industry This role is a hybrid position. 3 days at our Paddington office and 2 from home.All Dun & Bradstreet job postings can be found at and .
