Join us as we pursue our purpose to make the world work better for everyone. **Role Overview:** In this role, you will drive new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model specifically targeting the Western Australia State Government within both existing customers and prospects. You will achieve this by strategically planning accounts, researching potential customers, utilizing business development strategies, and engaging in field-based sales activities within a defined territory of the Western Australian Government sector. **What You Get to Do in This Role:** + Build and nurture relationships with key C-suite personas (e.g., CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) within the Western Australia State Government. + Lead the mapping of client relationships, collaborating with a broad virtual team (including Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialists, Success resources, Partners, and Marketing) to develop and execute account strategies. + Act as a trusted advisor to your government clients, deeply understanding their business needs and advising on how ServiceNow can enhance their IT roadmap. + Identify and engage the right specialists and support resources at the right time to drive deal success. + Manage and expand existing relationships within the Western Australian Government, ensuring ongoing growth and value delivery. **To be Successful in This Role, You Should Have:** + 7+ years of experience in software or solutions sales, ideally within the public sector or government space. + Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with both current and prospective clients, as well as cross-functional teams. + Demonstrated success in generating new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining healthy relationships at the C-level. + A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. + Strong understanding of IT strategy and the broader business context, especially in government organizations. + Experience fostering a “win as a team” mentality, promoting a customer-centric approach to sales and success. _Not sure if you meet every qualification?
