What Will You Do?


As an Enterprise Account Manager at Trimble, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy by identifying and growing existing enterprise customers in the UK and Ireland. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling Trimble's design solutions to large engineering consultancies. You will leverage your deep understanding of enterprise sales and your ability to build and maintain strong relationships to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's success.


Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential upsell and cross selling opportunitiesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targetsBuild and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizationsConduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to showcase the value of Trimble's design solutions software solutionsCollaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experienceStay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position Trimble's solutionsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts using CRM software.


What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in construction design sales, both new logo and existing accounts, preferably within the software industryProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsGood understanding of engineering consultancies Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives and decision-makersSelf-motivated, result-driven, and ability to work independentlyWillingness and ability to travel within the UK and Ireland as neededUnderstanding of Tekla and Viewpoint software are beneficial.
