WHCC is a leader in professional photo printing and custom products, serving independent photographers, creative businesses, and corporate clients. As we expand into new markets, including corporate and facility outfitting, we are seeking a strategic, results-driven Enterprise Account Manager to manage and grow key business relationships.
The Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with high-value clients, including corporate accounts, creative agencies, and enterprise-level customers. This role requires a consultative sales approach, ensuring clients maximize the value of WHCC’s premium print solutions while identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
Responsibilities:
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise-level clients, building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships.
+ Conduct regular account reviews to assess client needs, business goals, and opportunities for expansion.
+ Act as a strategic partner, guiding clients on how WHCC’s print solutions can enhance their brand and business.
+ Drive revenue growth by expanding engagement within existing accounts and identifying new enterprise opportunities.
+ Develop and execute account strategies that align with WHCC’s business objectives.
+ Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and proposal development for large-scale clients.
+ Work cross-functionally with marketing, production, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
+ Provide key feedback to product development teams to align WHCC’s offerings with enterprise client needs.
+ Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and client demands to provide innovative solutions.
+ Represent WHCC at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s enterprise presence.
Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of experience in B2B account management, sales, or business development, preferably within the print, photography, or related industries.
+ Proven track record of managing enterprise-level accounts and driving revenue growth.
+ Strong understanding of corporate branding, large-scale printing, and creative services.
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
+ Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales analytics platforms to drive account success.
+ Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and business development opportunities.
