Location: Mexico Forcepoint is one of the world’s largest private cybersecurity companies. A new exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and passionate Named Account Manager. You will be responsible for New Business (New Logo and Cross-sell & Upsell) for all Forcepoint solutions within a defined territory in Mexico.

Essential Function:

You will be responsible for new account development and/or expanding existing accounts through business to business sales of Forcepoint software licensing, appliances and services to accountsYou will work with the Regional Director, develop and implement specific customer accounts and opportunity plans in support of company goals and quota objectivesEffectively engage sales resources: SE, Channel, Solutions Sales teams and Executives on the development and implementation of customer account plansUse the CRM system effectively, responsible for the development, management and closure of forecasted opportunitiesManage and drive revenue through complex, multiple go-to-market strategiesExecute complex sales and effectively manage the sales process and activitiesManaging 20 – 30 select named accounts within Mexico.Meet or exceed sales quotaInterface to negotiate and exchange information with all levels of management

What experience(s), knowledge, and education we are looking for:

University degree and 8+ years of sales experience, or equivalent work experienceExtensive and proven Cyber Security Enterprise Field Sales, including not limited to, Cloud Security - Network Security - Data & Insider Threat software Sales experienceRelationship management and new business sales experienceExperience of managing, growing and taking ownership of accountsPrevious experience with accounts with 7000 employees or more.A proven sales background of consistent achievement against quotaUsed to meeting with and presenting to C-level / executive level contacts within customers’ accountsUsed to working with the Channel as well as developing business directlyAble to effectively partner and engage with internal sales resources such as sales specialists and sales engineers, as well as liaising with external partners at all levelsFamiliar with sales methodologies such as TAS and SPINA structured and processed style of working with good time-management skillsExperience of working across various vertical marketsGood analytical and forecasting skillsExcellent presentation and written and verbal communication skills

Forcepoint is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is 25th percentile – 50th percentile and represents the low and high end of compensation for this position. Actual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to, location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Forcepoint’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include bonuses, paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
