Enterprise Account Manager for Print

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales professional to join our team as an HP Managed Print Services Sales Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for selling HP Managed Print Services and consulting customers on modern Printing, Scanning & Document Management solutions. You will have a strong focus on acquiring new business and hunting for new opportunities within the Swiss Corporate & Enterprise segment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in Sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

Establishes strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders, including executives, to become a strategic partner and trusted advisor.

Proactively builds and manages deal funnel, including early engagement with potential new customers, reflecting opportunity status in CRM tool (MSD).

Utilizes consultative-selling techniques to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and align organizations' capabilities to client business and IT priorities.

Develops and executes comprehensive strategic account plans for key clients, aligning their business goals with the organization's offerings.

Leads cross-functional teams for RFI/RFP responses, proposal writing and offering presentations.

Coordinates with cross-functional teams to drive integrated planning and execution to ensure aligned client engagement and service.

Engages with partners to co-hunt for new business, improve win rates and delivery

Meets and/or exceeds quotas.

Focuses on customer retention and timely contract renewals to ensure ongoing revenue for the organization.

Stays updated on the organization’s offerings as well as industry trends to offer insights and solutions that align with clients' needs.

 

Education & Experience Recommended

Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in customer relationship management, account management & Sales. Preferably for Managed (Print) Services.
