Enterprise Application Analyst

Description
We are seeking an Enterprise Application Analyst to join our team, who will be instrumental in supporting our applications and implementing low code solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Ensuring the effective delivery of role-based access controls and identity management.
• Coordinating with business partners, vendors, and our Managed Service Providers for efficient application support including Epicor ERP and other SaaS Enterprise Systems.
• Handling configuration changes, patches, and upgrades to ensure smooth application functioning.
• Addressing ongoing support issues and incident resolution to maintain optimal system performance.
• Creating and maintaining reports for comprehensive data analysis and informed decision making.
• Designing, building, testing, deploying, and maintaining automations using application tooling.
• Implementing low code integrations, applications, and workflows as part of application automation.
• Gathering and documenting requirements for new and existing processes to support business process improvement.
• Creating and maintaining process documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Applying Agile and DevOps best practices to all projects and activities for efficient workflow.
• Providing backup support and cross-training with department team members as needed.
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the role of an Enterprise Application Analyst
• Proficient in using Epicor ERP software for business operations
• Demonstrated ability in gathering requirements, understanding business needs and translating them into functional specifications
• Strong data analysis skills, with an ability to interpret complex data and provide insights
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and principles in the context of project management
• Experience in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, specifically in implementing and maintaining ERP systems
• Proven track record in application support, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Knowledge in business process improvement, with an ability to identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions
• Excellent documentation skills, with an ability to create clear and concise technical documents and report
