Hourly base pay rate is $23.17 - $34.81/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Monitoring Efforts: Assist in proactively monitoring applications to identify potential issues and learn solutions that minimize impacts to the production environment.Assist in Problem Analysis & Resolution: Help analyze and resolve application-related problems under guidance, learning to adapt to shifting priorities and resources. Contribute to documentation of resolutions.Develop Customer Service Skills: Participate in providing superior customer service by helping maintain and improve applications completing tasks precisely and timely.Learn Environment Management: Support maintenance tasks such as patching, upgrading, and monitoring the application environment.Deployment & Support Assistance: Aid in evaluating, deploying, and supporting cloud-based and on-premises software applications.Contribute to Application Development: Assist in updating and adding application features under supervision.Documentation & Compliance Support: Help create and update Operations run books and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents.Data Handling Awareness: Learn the importance of handling sensitive company data and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies.


QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with at least a 3.0 GPA.Strong interest in technology and eagerness to learn.Basic understanding of IT principles and an enthusiasm for solving technical issues.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Willingness to adapt to a changing environment and learn new technologies.

Preferred:

Some familiarity with Azure, Power Platform, Salesforce, WordPress, or SharePoint is a plus.Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.Interest in APIs and service automation.

Intern/Co-Op sessions are considered temporary employment. No full-time employment commitments are made. However, depending on our business needs, some interns may be considered for a full-time position following the conclusion of the session conditioned upon the intern graduating from their academic program and being available to commence full-time employment at a specified time.
