We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Application and Mobility Administrator to join our dynamic IT team.

Shift Worked: 9:00AM - 5:00PM (Mon - Fri) Weekly Hours: 37.5 FLSA Status: Exempt Pay range: $80,000 - $90,000

Overview: 

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Application and Mobility Administrator to join our dynamic IT team.   This role is critical in managing enterprise applications and mobile devices, ensuring seamless integration, robust security, and operational efficiency across various cloud-based infrastructure & systems.  You will play a key role in designing creative and innovative solutions to streamline application access and optimize user experiences across the organization.  You will also support the transition to a new Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, contributing to the modernization of our IT ecosystem.   This transformation offers an exciting opportunity to apply logical, analytical thinking to drive change and implement forward-looking technologies. 

In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and executive leadership, providing insights that drive meaningful impact and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Your efforts will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's technological foundation, reinforcing our cloud-first strategy, enhancing security, and promoting operational excellence.  This hybrid position requires 2-3 onsite days per week. 

  

Key Responsibilities: 

Application Management: 

Develop in-depth knowledge of enterprise applications like Oracle, Precision Care, and other SaaS solutions to act as a subject matter expert. 

Build and maintain strong relationships with application vendors, facilitating communication and support for issue resolution, updates, and enhancements. 

Work with vendors to develop and implement upgrade plans, ensuring seamless transitions during application updates or migrations. 

Lead low-code development initiatives using tools like PowerApps and Microsoft Fabric to create custom solutions that streamline business processes and improve productivity. 

 Leverage advanced analytics to identify trends, improve workflows, and optimize application usage across the organization. 

Manage and oversee user provisioning and de-provisioning processes for all applications, ensuring secure and efficient onboarding and offboarding. 

Act as a liaison between the IT department and business units to ensure user access aligns with organizational needs and compliance requirements

Proactively monitor application performance and system health to identify and address issues before they impact end-users. 

 Collaborate with business units to develop and refine database queries and reporting pipelines, ensuring accurate and accessible data for decision-making. 

Document common troubleshooting procedures and provide training to IT support staff to improve response times. 

Generate trend reports on application usage, performance, and user feedback to identify areas for improvement. 

Collaboration & Training: 

Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users to maximize application adoption and effective usage. 

Maintain comprehensive documentation on application configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides. 

Lead or participate in projects related to application and device management. 

Work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business objectives. 

  

Workflow Optimization and Automation: 

Work with stakeholders to design, implement, and document custom workflows and automation using PowerApps, Power Automate, and other tools within the Microsoft ecosystem. 

Analyze business processes and recommend solutions to increase efficiency, eliminate redundancies, and enhance user experiences. 

Test, document, and maintain workflows to ensure alignment with business goals and seamless integration with existing systems. 

  

Mobility & Intune Device Management: 

 Manage, deploy, and troubleshoot mobile devices across the organization. 

Ensure compliance with corporate security policies on all enrolled devices. 

Oversee the lifecycle of device management including configuration, updates, and decommissioning. 

Collaborate with application owners to test, validate, and deploy enterprise applications via Intune. 

Ensure seamless integration of mobile and desktop applications with organizational infrastructure. 

Perform compatibility and functionality testing for new applications or updates before deployment 

Manage user provisioning processes, including assigning device profiles, application access on Apple Business Manager & Intune 

Support user onboarding and offboarding workflows to maintain secure access to organizational systems. 

  

Qualifications 

Proficiency in low-code development using PowerApps and Power Automate. 

Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI and advanced querying for databases. 

Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and integration with Azure services. 

Solid understanding of database querying and management, with experience building data pipelines. 

Ability to align technical solutions with organizational objectives, acting as a trusted advisor to business units and leadership teams. 

Hands-on experience managing enterprise applications such as Oracle and Microsoft Cloud Services 

Familiarity with SaaS platforms and modern cloud-first architectures. 

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and delivering measurable business value.
