Enterprise Applications Analyst

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Lendlease’s Communities business unit oversees one of the largest Military Housing Privatization Initiative portfolios in the United States, managing ~32,000 homes and ~12,000 hotel rooms. It is responsible for the development, construction and operations of homes and hotels on military bases throughout the United States.

JOB SUMMARY:

In this role you will get to manage the company’s application road map and provide support through the entire lifecycle of applications, along with continually evaluating the application landscape to identify and implement opportunities for improving business performance.  This role will entail a blend of business-as-usual support and project enhancement work.  Project activities include business analysis, configuration, testing, and project management.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work anticipated to be performed.  It is not a complete list of all that may be required.

Collaborate with the technology team and stakeholders to understand software requirements.Coordinate with IT teams and end-users to ensure a smooth transition.Offer ongoing support to address user concerns, troubleshoot issues, and optimize user experience.Work closely with other IT professionals, such as software developers, database administrators, and system analysts, to ensure seamless integration and functionality.Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the performance and efficiency of existing applications.Ensure applications comply with security policies and standards while implementing measures to safeguard sensitive data and information.Work with the business and vendors to translate requirements, problems, and solutions to drive consensus to all parties involved.Troubleshooting existing applications to identify areas for improvementStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Partner with the business to define needs and recommend solutions that deliver value to stakeholders.Communicate with employees and power users of various enterprise-level applications to identify and define improvement opportunities.Evaluate and recommend third-party applications as neededExperience managing, leading,  and developing people that provide the highest levels of customer support and deliver IT initiatives and seek out ways to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Proven ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies in a rapidly changing IT landscapeSkilled in conducting end-user needs assessments and evaluating financial impacts to the business.Knowledge of server configurations, networking, and cloud computing.Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) and common enterprise applications (i.e. Microsoft 360, Office suite, Sharepoint, PowerBI, GIS, Yardi, etc.). 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering/Science, MIS, or a related within an accredited program; or experience equivalent.4-6 years of IT Technology experience, relevant business experience, and leading Application focused IT Support teams.
