Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Analyst with experience as an MGA Systems Superuser. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in implementing MGA Systems, enhancements, and projects, including end-to-end operational procedures, form loading and tagging, and user acceptance testing (UAT). This role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capability to document both high-level and low-level design specifications.

Responsibilities:

MGA SYSTEMS Superuser: Possesses hands-on experience in the successful implementation of MGA Systems support, enhancements, and projects, including end-to-end operational procedures, management reporting operations, and UAT.Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical abilities with keen attention to detail.Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills.Documentation: Can write high-level and low-level design documents detailing functional and non-functional specifications.Quality Assurance: Track and ensure the quality of development and the business effectiveness of delivered solutions.Customer Interaction: Responsible for customer interaction and delivering solutions back to the customer.MGA Systems Setup: Manage MGA Systems setup for new companies, brokers, agents, billing types, products, and forms/documents.Daily Support: Provide day-to-day MGA Systems and NetRate support, working closely with business and IT teams.Requirements Gathering: Gather and document requirements.Testing: Conduct end-to-end MGA Systems testing, document all testing issues, and collaborate with all teams to address these issues.Workflow Documentation: Document business workflows and processes.Data Analysis: Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making.Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

 1-3 years MGA Systems experience (preferred)
