**Description**
This position plays a crucial role in the Enterprise Applications Department by providing specialized expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) within the global practice. The Techno-Functional Developer is responsible for the effective development, configuration, and maintenance of systems to meet business needs and adhere to enterprise-wide MIS development standards.
Responsibility:
Strategic Implementation and System Management
+ Oversee the strategic implementation and ongoing management of Oracle eBusiness Suite, ensuring alignment with the company's IT strategy and business objectives.

Technical Leadership and Solution Design
+ Lead the technical design, configuration, and optimization of systems, collaborating with stakeholders to implement solution enhancements that meet broad organizational needs.
+ Foster inclusive solution design processes, valuing inputs from all organizational levels.
Operational Excellence and Quality Assurance
+ Conduct comprehensive unit testing, considering system integration and data dependencies.
+ Ensure code readiness for deployment and maintain clear, transparent deployment instructions.
+ Uphold and enforce best practices and established development methodologies.
+ Maintain open communication regarding development statuses and challenges to ensure team cohesion and collective accountability.
Team Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing
+ Collaborate with the Integrations Team for both existing and prospective system integrations.
+ Demonstrate hands-on experience across various enterprise modules, including but not limited to PA, GL, AP, AR, CM, and HR.
+ Promote cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless communication and sharing of best practices across teams.
+ Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials; conduct training sessions to boost system understanding and end-user competence.
Technical Expertise
+ Support and develop functionalities for Oracle R12 across all environments.
+ Possess expertise in Oracle technologies such as OAF, ADF, Workflow, AME, and more.
+ Showcase experience in Shell scripting, BI Publisher, Report writing, and SQL/PL-SQL optimization.
+ Regularly engage in knowledge-sharing sessions, ensuring the team is updated with the latest.
+ Review system performance, proposing and implementing enhancements to improve efficiency, functionality, and user satisfaction.
+ Provide leadership, guidance, and instruction to less experienced staff.
+ Responsible for QA/QC process adherence.
+ Responsible for compliance with company and site safety policies.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
+ Complies with all policies and standards.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or related field and 8 years required.
+ Expert knowledge in programming languages and coding principles and procedures.
+ Expert in web development framework.
+ Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment.
+ Demonstrated critical thinking skills.
+ Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PPT).
+ Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building and collaboration.
+ Ability to obtain applicable certifications.
+ Extensive experience with Oracle modules, including configuration and administration strongly preferred.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead full lifecycle implementations and upgrades of Oracle systems strongly preferred.
+ Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and data analysis tools strongly preferred.
+ Certifications in Oracle EBS Payroll and HRMS are highly desirable.
