Develop, review, adjudicate, and present enterprise architecture, data models, and associated specifications and standardsDevelop Enterprise Architecture in alignment with applicable DoD and Navy Enterprise policies.Recommend for approval enterprise architecture plansReview, and endorse artifacts that connect to Navy IT Enterprise, including Commercial Cloud Service Provider environments.Determine and document common architecture approaches, tools, and processes.Develop various DODAF views, including but not limited to OVs, CVs, SVs, and DIVs, as required.Develop the DoDAF Meta Model to collect, organize, and store data in an easily understood way, including but not limited to the Conceptual Data Model and Logical Data Model.Develop Fit-for-Purpose User-defined views (a subset of architectural data) created for a specific perspective.Develop supporting architecture artifacts that will be submitted to the NAVWAR Architecture Working Group (AWG) for approval.Coordinate across PEO MLB and DES programs and projects to ensure alignment with the NAVWAR Enterprise Architecture policy and standards.Coordinate with the Cybersecurity Authority to assess system compliance with the Enterprise Architecture.Document common architecture approaches, techniques, and processesDetermine the requirements for a single, integrated, authoritative CMS Enterprise Architecture Repository.Develop end-to-end system integration view incorporating Secured Cloud Computing Architecture (SCCA) or cloud-hosted SCCA (CSCCA).Coordinate with PROGRAM APM-E for Architecture on technical approach Qualifications Have an active Secret clearance.Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience. In substation for a college degree, must have a High School degree and 13 years of experienceExperience with Department of Defense Air Force architecture and data models.Familiarity with MBSE, UAF, SysML, and OOSEM technologies.Experience with Cameo or other EA Development Tools. Business Development Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.
