What You’ll Be Doing:

Design and implement Oracle Financials Cloud solutions that meet business needs with focus on industry best practicesLead the process design along with client business team and prepare process flows and solution design documentsFunctional design integrations with third party systemsWork with the client to ensure that reporting and analytics is complete, and the client is provided with all the insights that are requiredPrepare test scenarios and anchor the testing phases of the projectOversee data migration activities ensuring high data integrity and accuracyMentor and train internal teams on the financials processes and best practicesPrepare and deliver presentations and reports to senior management and stakeholders

What We Are Looking For:

15+ years experience in Oracle Financials (EBS R12)Must have carried at least 2 end to end implementations on Oracle Fusion FinancialsWorking experience in all the financial modules: AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, SLA, AGIS,Expenses, Advanced CollectionsExperience in designing a shared service model with integrations between multiple systemsExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex business problemsOracle certification in these modules will be an added advantageStrong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with client stakeholders and internal technical teamExperience and willingness to work in an onsite-offshore model
