Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $125,900 – $170,000 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do? Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business functions and architectural goals  Develop and manage organizational capability models, heat mapping frameworks, and capability-based roadmaps to support strategic planning  Oversee the integration and dependencies across business, application, information, and technology architectures, ensuring seamless operation  Drive architecture governance, ensuring that solutions and vendor packages adhere to organizational technology standards and best practices  Lead the management of solution architects, application portfolio management, and enterprise architecture planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives and performance metrics

More about you Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information management, computer science, computer systems engineering, business administration, mathematics, or a related field  TOGAF and ArchiMate certifications are preferred, with a strong foundation in enterprise architecture methodologies  Minimum of 10 years of experience in information technology, including 5 years in an enterprise architecture role, and at least 2 years managing individual contributors  Hands-on experience in building and managing capability models and roadmaps for organizational mega-processes, such as procure to pay, order to cash, market to opportunity, opportunity to order, hire to retire, and record to report  Proven expertise in facilitating architecture governance, establishing reference architectures, and defining guiding principles, standards, and decision frameworks  Broad technical experience in enterprise integration patterns, cloud services, networking, application frameworks, data modeling, and familiarity with enterprise architecture tools like LeanIX, MEGA, or Orbus  Who we are
