In this role, you will support our USSTRATCOM NC3 Enterprise Center (NEC) customer. Our customer serves as principal enterprise systems engineering, enterprise architecture, and technical authority for the Nuclear C3 Enterprise within DoD and oversee systems engineering and integration for the entire National Leadership Command Capability (NLCC) infrastructure. The NEC SE&I Division activities span the complex systems, programs and capabilities that compose the NC3 enterprise.
You will provide Enterprise Architecture expertise to support data-driven enterprise decisions. You will support senior leaders and provide architectural recommendations to meet strategic objectives for future IT system integration.
Collaborate with Nuclear Command, Control, Communications (NC3) Enterprise Architecture teams to provide input to capture user requirements and use cases for improvement of the NC3 Digital Mission Engineering Environment (NDMEE).
Produce and publish baseline and incremental NC3 system of systems architectures to support and update information hosted in enterprise digital engineering tools.
Develop detailed architecture artifacts for subsets of the NC3 Enterprise, as needed - All View (AV), Operational View (OV), and System View (SV) artifacts.
Ingest, re-format, and publish architectures using validated and verified authoritative data to support and update information hosted in digital engineering tools.

Qualifications:
Required:
+ 5+ years' relevant experience providing RF technical expertise, systems and design analysis, and implementation and integration via technical reports, presentations, briefings, training.
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or similar technical field
+ Experience with DOD communications architecture and systems.
+ Experience developing architecture artifacts using Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DODAF), The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), Systems Modeling Language (SysML), or Unified Architecture Framework (UAF).
+ Experience establishing system information requirements and designing architecture to support present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces
+ Ability to work well within a team and to execute tasks independently
+ Strong written and oral communication skills
+ Strong command of MS Office suite tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
+ Must have an active TS/SCI clearance to be considered for the position.
Desired:
+ Working-level proficiency with Models Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Digital Modeling tools such as Cameo, Magic Draw, and SparxEA
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
Basic Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
