Key responsibilities include aligning architecture strategies with business goals, developing frameworks for resource optimization, and collaborating with stakeholders. The role requires 10+ years in technology leadership, a degree in Computer Science, TOGAF certification, and proficiency in change management methodologies like ADKAR and Agile. This position is located in Washington, DC. **Your future duties and responsibilities:** • Maintain the enterprise architecture strategy, principles, and roadmap in alignment with the organization's strategic objectives. • Develop architecture frameworks that integrate business and IT strategies, focusing on optimizing resources, technology investments, and alignment with business capabilities. • Establish and maintain a comprehensive view of the organization's current and future-state architecture, identifying opportunities for efficiency and innovation. • Lead architecture governance forums, providing oversight and direction on project architecture and design decisions to ensure consistency and compliance. • Collaborate with IT, business leaders, and stakeholders to define architecture requirements that enable effective technology solutions and improve business outcomes. • Work closely with project teams to provide architecture guidance and ensure that solutions align with the enterprise vision. • Lead evaluations, analysis of alternatives (AoA), pilots, prototypes, and proof of concepts (POCs) **Required qualifications to be successful in this role:** Required qualifications to be successful in this role: • 10+ years of professional hands-on work experience in technology leadership, architecture, design and development of enterprise applications and integration • Must have at least 5+ years in developing Government-owned system architectures and designs • Experience in cloud computing (applications, infrastructure, storage, platforms and data) • Knowledge of various business domains within US Federal Government • Possess excellent, executive level presentation skills, and experience developing executive briefing materials on Enterprise 8 Architecture related matters (e.g. strategic plans, enterprise transition roadmaps) and presenting to Senior Executives. • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels, from technical teams to senior executives. • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills • TOGAF 10 Certified (Enterprise Architecture Practitioner) or • TOGAF 9 Certified (Level 2) Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required: Change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Lean, Agile, etc. CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $125,500.00 - $241,600.00.
