YOUR ROLEAs an Enterprise Communication Manager, your primary responsibility is to ensure that communication strategies align with the overall business objectives of the organization, whether at a global level or within a specific market or country.
As a Digital Communications Manager, you will collaborate on and skillfully implement digital communications strategies to successfully position P&G and its brands in an ever-changing environment.
In this role, you will take responsibility for developing and helping to shape P&G Germany's digital communications platforms and channels. In doing so, you will work with many different internal and external partners in multifunctional teams and give our messages impact in the digital space.
You ensure your successful storytelling through emotionally moving texts, images and videos. You will ensure that this is implemented in a coordinated and targeted manner across all channels - live, online, social and print.
To do this, you will engage with the entire communications team as well as with external partner agencies, record podcasts, shoot videos and create newsletters. You will also be responsible for monitoring all digital channels which includes crafting reports, conducting real-time analytics and optimizing our metrics.
Job Qualifications
OUR PROFILE
You are a "digital native" with a successfully completed bachelor's or master’s degree in online communications.
Initial professional experience in digital communications and/or journalistic work is an advantage.
Competent use of language and writing style in both German and English.
You are characterized by a structured way of working and a high degree of attention to detail in sensitive areas of responsibility.
Ability to think and integrate thoughts across media channels to enable effective storytelling and performance reporting.
You are familiar with editing texts for different target groups and with the use of content management systems.
Strategic understanding, team orientation, "can-do attitude" and passion for the design & execution of communication strategies to achieve outstanding results.
You are confident in using common tools (e.g. Office 365), Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator and have knowledge in image and video editing (Adobe Suite).
Your analytic capabilities and your knowledge in Performance Marketing enable you to develop metrics and KPIs to measure the success of our online campaigns. First experience in the analysis, documentation and usage of real-time-data is desirable.
