Looking for an Enterprise Technology Manager to lead a group of talented engineers focused on modernizing the Content Management space. The infrastructure, applications and tools engineered and maintained by this team play an important role in delivering services to all of Key’s clients. The opportunities are endless to build the roadmap and strategy to deliver next generation performance, functionality, and resiliency in a secure and compliant way. To accomplish this, a leader is needed that can push for strategic modernization, build requirements through deep collaboration with partner teams and deliver solutions with minimal impact to the business. 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSLeads a team of resources responsible for the engineering and 24/7 support of several Content Management platforms and applications. Drive the research, evaluation, and implementation of new technologies to strategically modernize the current technology stack. Align recommendations with a focus on finance, risk, security, and functionality (benefit to the business).Provide leadership for a unified strategy.Leads vulnerability remediation efforts and escalates risks to senior leaders as applicable.Utilizes technology experience, business acumen, delivery, and leadership skills to develop and grow partnerships with senior line of business/functional leaders – including influencing leaders (where appropriate)Stays abreast of current technology trends in the Content Management space (Cloud, AI, ML, etc.) and helps drive cloud technology strategy (where applicable)Leads a technology initiative, project, or investment through its lifecycle using agile and/or other methodologies (as appropriate)Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSEducational/Certifications: bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, other related field, or equivalent work experienceExperience: 10 plus years’ experience in Information Technology with a concentration in infrastructure and application managementExperience with managing and delivering Content Management platforms.Excellent analytical, written, and oral communicationStrong presentation skillsAbility to facilitate cross functional meetings to accomplish objectives or resolve issues.Ability to support multiple projects, tasks, and responsibilities concurrently.Ability to meet deadlines and ensure others meet deadlines with minimal oversight.Experience with Google Cloud Platform and/or Microsoft Azure

PREFERRED SKILLS Knowledge/experience with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Legal and/or Corporate Real Estate applications and functionality Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery practices and toolingExperience with Terraform (Infrastructure-as-Code)Agile delivery experience

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $92,000 to $150,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
