Read more: careers.bms.com/working-with-us . **Position Summary** Contract Support Specialist at Bristol Myers Squibb plays a crucial role in supporting the Enterprise Contract Facilitation (ECF) Team helping to ensure timely and compliant facilitation of contracts. This position requires effective coordination with various internal stakeholders and maintaining a high level of customer support. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of pharma contracting and compliance, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. **Key Responsibilities** + Handle administrative aspects of the contracting process: approvals, signature process, storage, metadata extraction which includes: + Ensuring appropriate approvals and reviews were completed and uploaded into Icertis + Maintaining appropriate contact records + Reviewing for formatting and spelling errors + Sending through contracts for approval and signature + Ensure proper execution by approved signing authorities + Answer questions: Assist in answering questions posted on the Viva Engage ECF site and the ECF SharePoint Page and sending the request to appropriate Senior Facilitator, Pod Lead, or other related support group + Icertis Support: Help ECF Contract Facilitators with Icertis searches searching for master agreements, documents etc. as well as assisting them with Icertis issues. + Requesting supplier IDs: Assisting ECF Contract Facilitators and Business Users/Requesters with requesting supplier ids. + Customer Support: Provide white-glove customer support to business requesters. + Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships across the matrix environment, building alignment and strong communication with multiple internal and external stakeholders. + Compliance Adherence: Understand and follow BMS Standard Operating Procedures and escalation protocols. + Continuous Learning: Maintain active knowledge of contracting policy, news, and events. + Additional responsibilities: Working closely with the ECF team members to ensure consistency in work across the department as well as working on other requests from the Head of ECF or Director International Pod Lead + Innovation: Champion process improvements, recommending new ways of working to improve processes and embed new systems in the function and across ECF **Qualifications & Experience** + Minimum of 2-3 years of experience with contract administration within the pharma/biotech/CRO industry preferred. + Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work well in a team. + Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively and maintain a strong customer focus. + Adaptability: Demonstrates a high level of adaptability in dealing with ambiguous and complex work environments, balancing multiple demands professionally. + Process Mindset: Strong process-oriented mindset. + Technology Proficiency: Working knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management technology to automate and streamline processes is preferred. Familiarity with Icertis is ideal.
