Position Summary

The CSP Maturity Manager is responsible for leading a team focused on evaluating the maturity of DHS Cybersecurity and Network Operations Programs in line with DHS’s established policy. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

 

Oversees the day-to-day operations of the CSP assessment teamIdentifies and develops CSP metrics and evaluation criteria, as well as support process development and improvement activities. Acts as the lead of the contract CSP assessment team during the evaluation process and will participate in the evaluation process.Responsible for facilitating the evaluation process and ensuring effective coordination with DHS component stakeholders. 

 

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

10 years’ experience Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field Secret security clearance requiredGISP or SANS certification required
