We are looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager who will be the point person for the top customers with technical programs by partnering with several cross-functional teams to identify and address technical requirement adherence in a proactive manner.
The Job - You’ll make an impact Learn the customer engagement role and develop foundational relationships with key customer stakeholders and technical professionals to enable quality solution delivery and health using partnership with other account team leadersGather information on the business objectives for customer organizations, identify customer needs, and create a shared plan to support outcomes that are specific to the customer and common to the industry using partnerships with other account team leadersDrive conversation with customers that present the strategic alignment between the customer objectives and support contract to set a long-term strategy for consumption aligned to those priorities. Plan a portfolio of work to drive outcomes aligned with customer’s prioritized solutions and workloadsCapture, communicate, and bring forward recommendations from customer insights to sellers in identifying and producing opportunities while collaborating with internal teams and sellers to help identify growth opportunities through account planning and delivery executionLead and be accountable for the direction of solution deliveries while securing resources to deliver on customer obligationsYour Profile - You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications
Basic Qualifications5+ years of customer facing experience as Customer Success Manager5+ years of experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools such as GainsightFluent in German (min. level C1)Bachelor’s degree or higher required Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% to meet with customersLegally authorized to work in Austria on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorshipPreferred Qualifications5+ years of experience in a Customer Success Manager role1+ years of experience working in the Corporate Real Estate or CRE Tech/ SaaS industry1+ years of experience operating enterprise SaaS and/or IoT productsPMP or similar certificationOur Benefits Flexible working hours Uncomplicated home office regulation including payment of a home office flat rate We are closed on bridging days or between Christmas and New Year Extensive development opportunities Canteen at the location and much more Our offer
The gross annual salary according to the collective agreement of the electrical and electronics industry for this function is at least EUR 61.737,38. Depending on education and experience, an overpayment is common.
