Enterprise Data & Analytics Risk Associate

Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for an Enterprise Data & Analytics Risk Associate for their Remote location. Responsibilities:
+ Primarily responsible for supporting the EDAS Risk Program Manager and developing and executing risk related functions, including identification and mitigation of risk, development and documentation of operational controls, development and execution of controls, exam and audit management, finding remediations, and risk-related projects. Develop an expert understanding of current data and analytics related regulations, client Policies, Programs, and Standards, and Procedures, and departmental operational processes and governance activities.
+ Promote an organizational culture that encourages acknowledgement and recognition of risks and places a high priority on risk management.
+ A successful candidate for the position will apply industry knowledge, risk focused approach, and strong business acumen to provide solutions that align with client broader strategy.
+ A preferred candidate will be comfortable analyzing risk, recommending efficient and effective ways to mitigate risk, developing and implementing repeatable operational processes, and facilitating discussions with a broad range of risk, operational, and technical business partners and effectively communicating with stakeholders across the organization.
+ Assist in development, documentation, tracking, and execution of risk related tasks to enable risk mitigation across the Enterprise Data & Analytics Governance team
+ Contribute to and/or facilitate cross-functional working sessions with stakeholders across the organization, enabling effective communication with risk partners, and driving resolution to outstanding issues
+ Developing risks and controls and assisting stakeholders in documenting operational procedures to mitigate risk
+ Assisting in regulatory exam management
+ Assisting in development in-depth status updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership and risk committees
+ Provide insight, guidance, and support to stakeholders on policies, programs, standards, and procedures to meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices
+ Develop collaborative relationships with business and risk partners
Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Risk Management, Business Management, Data Governance, Finance, or Management Information Systems, with at least 4-6 years of experience.
