Position Overview:
The Enterprise Data Business Analyst is a critical member of the Information Technology team working in a global, dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is responsible for producing metrics and reporting to drive data-backed decision making across Insulet. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Insulet’s Enterprise functions through data analytics and developing needed KPIs and metrics for functional areas and continuous improvement activities including documenting end to end processes, improvements and measuring outcomes This role will also work closely with the Global Business Services (GBS) Transformation team and the IT Business Relationship Management team, to identify additional KPIs for the functional areas to drive analysis of business problems and sustain process improvements.

Education and Experience:
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent1-2 years of experience working in a Business Analyst function or similar experiences.Experience with the report developmentProven knowledge of the software and systems development life cycleExperience supporting and working with Functional Areas across an organization, preferably in the pharma, medical device, or any other regulatory controlled environment.Preferred Skills and Competencies:
