**Responsibilities**
**Under the guidance of the Senior Director:**
+ Primary contact as the liaison between the Clinical Imaging Portfolio and the market Clinical Informatics teams.
+ Includes participating in Clinical Imaging project meetings and ensuring market Clinical Informatics are informed of imaging projects in their market and included in project meetings and communications; Assisting the project manager, as needed.
+ Develop and maintain radiology, cardiology and ancillary imaging workflows, including technology and human processes.
+ Participate in Ascension Technologies CoPI (Community of Practice-Informatics) forums.
**Responsibilities may include the following:**
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with the market Clinical Informatics teams.
+ Ensure collaboration between the Clinical Imaging Portfolio and local Clinical Informatics teams.
+ Collaborate with technical partners and peers throughout the Ascension organization.
+ Support imaging projects/activities.
+ Assist project managers with ensuring accurate resource allocation and communication to local Clinical Informatics, scheduling and facilitating meetings.
+ Design and deliver training materials.
+ Lead/facilitate meetings.
+ Participate in creating scenarios, test scripts and conducting user acceptance reviews.
**Skills**
+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Exceptional organizational skills.
+ Skilled in independently assessing issues and owning the engagement of the appropriate stakeholders.
+ Understands and supports change management principles for adoption of new or existing tech/tools/processes.
**Additional Preferences:**
+ Clinical Informatics experience.
+ Experience documenting clinical workflows with Lucidchart or similar application.
+ Proficient with G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms etc.).
+ Imaging experience.
+ At least 2 years of Clinical Informatics experience is preferred.
**Requirements**
Education:
+ High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
