Ideal individual would have a strong background in enterprise voice technologies including traditional PBX systems, VoIP solutions, Cloud Telephony, and Unified Communications Platforms. Will lead the strategy for creating the future Enterprise Voice environment focused on resiliency, security, and performance, while enhancing the existing Voice technologies.
Maintains a strategic focus in the group while dealing with the most complex matters including but not limited to; integration, workflow, and/or risk. Capable of working directly with a variety of customers including the business, who is dependent upon the technologies, the applications that are running on the platforms, and the peer teams owning complementary or dependent technology.

- Individual would have effective communication skills to speak with customers on their strategy to meet their needs based on requirements/feedback and overall Enterprise Voice position.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships both with internal team and stakeholders, but also with our current and future vendors.
- Industry knowledge and constant view of current and changing trends in Voice.
- Individual would be consistently looking to improve the Enterprise Voice platform through better resiliency and feature/functions in order to establish and maintain a competitive advantage.
