Enterprise IT Site Leader Bangalore

About the Role: We are looking for an Associate to build and lead our new IT services site located in Bangalore, India.  This new role will onboard and lead a broad team of IT professionals supporting the entire Enterprise. 

  

This role will be located in our facility in India.  

  

Responsibilities: 

Act as a key executive partner to Enterprise IT and the local leader for a cross-functional team of Associates supporting multiple Operating Companies; provide matrix leadership for Operating Company IT commitments in Bangalore. Plan and execute a long-term strategy for Gore Bangalore, partnering with Operating Company IT leaders to design effective teams of Associates, contracted resources, and managed services in alignment with Gore Enterprise and Operating Company objectives. Lead the day-to-day operations of the Gore Bangalore Site (campus security, facilities, payroll, etc), enabling Associates and partners to focus on service and customer value Lead Associates and partners directly in supporting the Gore Enterprise Center, providing support for digital capabilities leverage to optimize Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Procurement, etc. Be responsible for all aspects of site start-up and designing a positive new Associate onboarding experience in Bangalore  

  

Required Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or other technical degree Fluent in the English A minimum of 7 years experience leading and developing teams Demonstrated experience in developing and executing IT strategy Technical experience with SAP systems Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing conditions and a track record of delivering outstanding results in new and tough situations. Able to communicate Communicates directly and effectively with colleagues to resolve challenges regardless of their role or difference of opinion. Ability to travel 15%, if applicable 

  

Desired Qualifications: 

Experience working with global teams Fluent in German, Japanese, or Chinese
