Whether our clients are seeking to enhance operational performance, accelerate change, or transform the customer experience, our goal is to help them emerge as industry leaders and meet or exceed their business goals. **About the Job:** The Enterprise Marketing Solutions Lead will serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, focusing on the continuous optimization and mature use of the Naehas platform within a banking organization. The lead will partner with the bank to identify, prioritize, implement, and optimize platform use cases. This role emphasizes collaboration with the Naehas product and technical teams to provide valuable input and feedback, ensuring the solution's continued success and evolution. **What You’ll Get to Do:** + Engage with key stakeholders to identify and implement advanced use cases on the Naehas platform, driving ongoing value and efficiency improvements. + Partner closely with the Naehas product and technical teams, providing feedback and insights to support the continued development and enhancement of the platform based on real-world usage and challenges within the organization. + Lead cross-functional collaboration efforts, aligning strategies, workflows, and processes across business units to enhance platform adoption and effectiveness. + Facilitate strategic discussions with executives and end-users, balancing business needs with technical feasibility while ensuring optimal platform performance. + Standardize processes and terminology across teams, ensuring consistent and aligned workflows that drive organizational efficiency. + Provide leadership in long-term strategic planning, identifying opportunities that drive mutual growth and success for both the banking organization and the Naehas platform. + Act as a change management leader, guiding the organization through the complexities of evolving its marketing technology and operations. **What You’ll Bring with You:** + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. + 7+ years of experience in marketing technology, solution architecture, or marketing operations management, preferably within the financial services industry. + Strong experience working with marketing automation platforms, compliance management, and offer management solutions. + Proven ability to work across multiple business units to align processes and drive collaborative outcomes. + Extensive experience engaging with product management teams in an Agile delivery model to influence and guide the development of marketing technology solutions. + Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with executives, technical teams, and end-users alike. + Demonstrated experience in standardizing workflows and processes to achieve efficiency and alignment across teams. + Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset focused on long-term value. + Advanced degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields. + Experience in enterprise-level marketing operations within financial services, particularly in a compliance-focused environment. + Direct experience working with the Naehas platform, including optimizing use cases and collaborating with product teams for platform enhancement. + Knowledge of AI-powered marketing solutions and automation tools. + Familiarity with banking systems and their integration with marketing platforms. **Why Capco?** A career at Capco is a chance to help reshape the competitive landscape in financial services.  We launch new banks, transform existing ones, and help our clients navigate complex change.  As consultants, we work on the front-end business design all the way through to technology implementation.
