Our Impact:Freddie Mac’s Enterprise Model Risk Department (EMR) Reporting team is extremely fast-paced and plays a key role in the management and governance of reporting Model risk to internal and external partners. This includes, but not limited to, creation of metrics and report design, collaboration across the Enterprise to provide support and provide guidance relating to Monthly/Quarterly reporting.

Support the issuance of the Model Risk ReportsPartner and collaborate with Freddie Mac’s First Line and Second Line data providers on metric design, data upload, commentary review and guidance on processesMonitor and resolve data discrepanciesDevelop and provide regular status reporting and trackingSupport the Quarterly Board Reporting and Governance processSupport Weekly and Monthly Model Risk ReportingSupport Model Risk Committee ReportingCreation of meeting Agendas/minutes, review and distribution of Agenda, guidance and deliverable timelineCollaborate across all divisions on meeting deliverable timelines, questions relating to materials, guidance and lessons learnedReview of materials submitted for EMR management approvalManage schedule for Model Risk reportingOther department duties as assignedQualifications:

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $112,000 - $168,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
