Job Description:At Regions, the Enterprise Operations Analyst administers defined procedures, prepares and analyzes reports, and works on projects with an emphasis on process improvement. An Analyst at this level compiles, analyzes and reports volume, productivity, quality and other statistical data to management.
Primary Responsibilities
Analyzes and interprets data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvementWorks with managers to apply data to business goals and analytical requirements, which may include capacity planning, volume forecasting and unit costingIdentifies operational problems and recommends solutionsCollaborates with team to solve itemsProvides periodic reports to managementCreates and maintains policies, procedures and training materials to maximize efficiency and customer serviceWorks with supervisors and/or managers to ensure that teams comply with the stipulated principles and standardsAssists with projects led by line of business managementThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

High School Diploma or GED and four (4) years of related experienceOr Bachelor's degree in a related fieldSkills and Competencies

This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.
Additional Skills and Competencies
Investigate and process both Direct and Indirect credit bureau disputes in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act.Previous experience in the following systems preferred: ACLS, CCNET, TSYS and CACSPrevious experience with report preparation highly preferred.Previous experience with Power BI preferred.This role is located out of our Riverchase Operations Center in Hoover, AL.
The role will report for in office work a minimum of 3 days per week.

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role.
