Enterprise Operations Manager Job Category: Information Technology Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US * * * **The Opportunity:** CACI is seeking an Enterprise Operations Manager to join the EPS team at Langley AFB, VA. **Responsibilities:** + Lead a ~175-person contractor team in six functional areas: Infrastructure, Enterprise Services, Cyber Security, Release and Fielding, Networks, and Service Management. + Ensure maximum system availability by providing real-time support to mission operations and delivery of PMO sustainment, install, upgrade, and security functions to the weapon system. + Manage Enterprise Service Desk to monitor, record, and track problem reports (trouble tickets, Deficiency Reports, etc) from operational users as well as those generated internally during sustainment activities. + Execute Release and Deployment activities for the DCGS enterprise; deconflict install/upgrade activities and operations, ensure timely and accurate completion of work, confirm appropriate Configuration Management closeout actions are completed. + Balance multiple competing requirements and priorities to sustain and deliver relevant technology to geographically dispersed DCGS operators as envisioned by Major Command (MAJCOM), Wing, Air National Guard, PMO, and AFRL stakeholders. + Receive and interpret government guidance to develop prioritized, actionable tasks to meet government requirements and intent. + Ensure that Service Level Agreements and client expectations are met – Engages with client and other stakeholders face-to-face, via telephone, and through email to establish relationships, understand requirements, and communicate solutions or issues. + Identify opportunities for organic and new growth in contract scope and value. + Develop metrics deliverables and provide analysis for leadership consideration that will drive maintenance and sustainment actions. + Apply critical thinking skills in a challenging and fast paced environment to resolve customer priorities. **Qualifications:** _Required:_ + Active TS/SCI security clearance. + Bachelor’s degree and 15 years equivalent experience. + A minimum of four years of operational AF DCGS experience. _Desired:_ + Enterprise Level Helpdesk and Customer Service Experience. + Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and/or DESMF. + Experience with simultaneously managing multiple projects and teams. + ITIL v4 certification. + Ability to engage stakeholders through collaborative tools and services. - **________________________________________________________________________________________** **What You Can Expect:** **A culture of integrity.** At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
