Enterprise Partnership Manager
At CADDi in the US, we are adding a skilled Enterprise Partnership Manager to our team to play a crucial role in driving partnership efforts and help drive our business growth. This position offers dynamic and hands-on experience, and you'll wear multiple hats and contribute to various customer-facing functions at CADDi. What your days will look like: + Partner Recruitment: + Identify and research potential partners within the manufacturing industry. + Support the attractions, development, and execution of partner marketing & sales strategies. + Relationship Management: + Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners. + Contribute to the development and implementation of partner relationship management processes. + Deal Negotiation: + Manage complex sales cycles and negotiate large channel enterprise deals with potential partners. + Strategic Planning: + Develop and execute strategic partnership plans. + Track and report on key partnership metrics, including campaign performance and lead generation. + Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities. Requirements What will a successful Partnership Specialists will bring to the table: + A proven track record as a senior-level enterprise software sales professional with at least five to 10 years of experience. + Deep understanding of the software industry and the benefits of partnership and channel partnerships for business growth. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with partners at all levels. + Experience managing strategic and complex sales cycles and closing large enterprise deals. + Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. + Data-driven approach with a knack for analyzing results and making data-informed recommendations. + Self-starter who can work independently and build processes from scratch.
