The Payroll Administrator is responsible for accurate and timely processing of hourly payrolls for one or more locations, along with administration of UKG and ADP systems.

Highlights of your role Coordinate and execute bi-weekly hourly payroll for Enterprise, Infinity and Marvin ReplacementPerform all payroll administration related duties including daily entries and corrections into UKG (i.e. new hires, terminations, organizational changes), verifications of employment, child support, garnishment, bankruptcies and any other state or federal documents received for any hourly employeesMaintain UKG, ADP, databases or spreadsheets with accuracy and efficiency, compile payroll reports as neededProvide excellent customer service by assisting employees and team leadership with payroll-related questionsEnsure confidentiality of sensitive documents, programs, information, etc., is maintained You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) Two-year degree in Human Resources or related field preferredEducation or experience with payroll processing strongly preferredFlexibility with working hours outside of core hours to meet deadlinesKnowledge of federal and state payroll regulations and requirements preferredStrong computer skills: Microsoft Office programs, specifically Outlook and ExcelUKG and ADP experience a plusStrong organizational skillsDemonstrates a high level of attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughnessStrong written and oral communication skills required We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin
