Job Description

The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Risk Professional role provides an exciting opportunity to gain insight to the organization. The position will interact regularly with risk managers within Risk Management & Compliance (RM&C) and the business lines as part of a team responsible for oversight of Enterprise Frameworks, Policies and Standards.

Opportunities include: 

Working with all risk areas of the organization and interacting with varying levels of risk managers Assisting in the development of the enterprise level risk management approach to Policy governance and other priorities of the Enterprise Risk Management team Leading enterprise Policy related initiatives and assist in developing associated systems 

Responsibilities include: 

Oversight of day-to-day Policy managementSME and Enterprise Policy Requirements Policy (EPRP) ManagerReview of all Policies to meet EPRP requirementsAssist Policy owners in creation, revision and maintenance of all Policies, Frameworks and StandardsPolicy Activity ReportingLead monthly meetings on upcoming Policy changesEnterprise Policy Management System primary business contact

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically more than six years of applicable experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

Advanced knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends that impact their assigned line of businessAdvanced understanding of the business line's operations, products/services, systems, and associated risks/controlsAbility to maintain a constant focus on accuracy and quality in a deadline-driven environmentThorough knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies Strong process facilitation, project management, and analytical skillsMust possess business acumen and credibility to help business line(s) proactively identify and address changing workforce needsExcellent presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsProficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications and word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentationsExperience with Archer applicationsApplicable professional certifications preferred

Hybrid: This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at the listed U.S. Bank location(s), while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00 - $136,400.00
