Job Summary:

The EP Sr Analyst is responsible for working with the Manager of Enterprise Productivity to drive $40-50M in annual productivity for the business and creating a pipeline of ideas for years to come. This role will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end EP workflow, which includes annual goal setting, pipeline development, quantifying, designing, and implementing savings initiatives. The Sr Analyst will also work with the Manager of EP to identify and execute opportunities to streamline internal processes as well as elevate EP awareness across the company.

Principal Duties:Develop and manage the relationship with each function’s EP teams across the business, including facilitating brainstorming in each function’s respective area and driving existing ideas to completion in order to reduce complexity and generate savings. Coach the Productivity Champions on how to best drive engagement with their teams.Drive thought leadership and guide initiatives through the lifecycle of a productivity idea. This includes generating buy-in with key stakeholders  forming a hypotheses on a potential opportunity, prioritizing opportunities, designing a process solution to drive savings, establishing sound testing protocol to prove the process will drive the desired result, designing a rollout plan if the test is successful, and ultimately rolling out the initiative and conducting post mortem analysis to confirm the benefit.Conduct analytics to prove out opportunities and develop workplans to ensure successful implementation. This entails defining the scope of the analysis, clearly laying out work effort in a clear project plan, identifying data needs, working cross functionally to gather disparate data, completing the analysis, and then socializing the results with relevant stakeholders to drive change.Identify the need for targeted ideation sessions and work closely with business partners to facilitate cross-functional discussions to identify new savings opportunities, inspire creativity, bring out the best ideas within Wawa, and build the pipeline of ideas to drive significant benefit to the business for years to come.Manage and update the program portfolio database which tracks all projects from ideation through implementing and confirming realized benefit.Develop communications and reporting to share recent “wins”, functional partner  recognition, and overall EP progress against goals.Collaborate with the EP Manager, EP Champions and Internal Audit to perform “true-ups” and update actual values from forecasted projections on key initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferredHighly skilled in Microsoft Office suite applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)Demonstrated ability to work well in cross functional teamsPrior experience in managing multiple projects simultaneouslyProven ability to develop strong relationships across an organizationMinimum of 5 years work experience, with significant experience navigating cross functional teams and conducting complex analysis.Strong understanding of the critical cost drivers in a retail business and the ability to identify potential areas to reduce cost and structure analysis to explore those opportunities.
