THE WORK
We are seeking an Enterprise Project Engineer: Configuration Management to support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and operation of complex networked systems and fielded architectures, with a focus on aircraft operations and training.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation, with experience supporting networked systems and fielded architectures, as well as a demonstrated background in problem/incident management and experience working with systems that support aircraft operations and training. The ideal candidate will develop and implement process improvements to optimize field operations, provide transparent visibility into PTD configurations to inform strategic decisions and stakeholder engagement, and serve as a key liaison between global sustainment, configuration management, and development teams to foster collaboration and drive business outcomes.
The candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. They should also be able to work well under pressure and toward program goals, work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong attention to detail.

Basic Qualifications:
• Possess a current Final Secret security clearance with last investigation within 5 years
• Capable of acquiring Security+ certification within 6 months of hire
• 5+ years’ experience supporting networked systems and fielded architectures.
• Strong analytical skills, a proven background with problem solving and incident management, with ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
• Experience with systems supporting aircraft operations and/or training.
• Understanding of configuration management principles such as identification, control, status accounting, and auditing.
• Experience developing and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency in field environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to work independently unsupervised towards program goals.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a F-35 Program Special Access.
Desired Skills:
• Demonstrated experience maintaining and troubleshooting training and simulation equipment, or comparable type systems
• Extensive experience troubleshooting integrated systems, networks and integrating new technology.
• Demonstrated experience across configuration management, quality assurance and metrics supporting fielded systems.
• Extensive network troubleshooting and maintenance experience.
• Experience with F-35 ALIS, CMMS, SCM, Supply systems or similar commercial logistics systems.
• Experience working in access controlled facilities.
