Primary responsibilities:\n\nDetermine strategic project scope and lead a project team through initiation to execution or implementation to conclusion.\nIndependently manage a portfolio of bank-wide projects.\nAct as a liaison and mediator with project stack-holders to ensure that the project objectives are achieved.\nLearn banking and have an opportunity to work with all department and employees throughout the bank.\n\n

Your day to day as an Enterprise Project Manager\n

You will be part of team that leads over 50 projects annually aimed at executing strategic objectives across the organization. Your role will involve independently managing projects from initiation to closure, including kick-off meetings, budget oversight, task assignment, and progress monitoring. Using Asana as our project management tool, you'll efficiently document, present, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.\n

Your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills will be vital in delivering successful project outcomes and fostering continuous improvement. What we're looking for in an Enterprise Project Manager\n

Experience or knowledge of formal Project Management strategies and Project Management software. Having a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is great, but if don't have it that is okay. You can work on that once you are here.\n

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or have equivalent experience and \/ or certifications and at least 3 years of experience in banking leadership positions or leading or actively participating in projects related to products, service or technology.\n
