**Your role and responsibilities**
Job Description:
Enterprise Risk Management Analyst reports directly to IBM’s Chief Risk Officer. The position is located at Corporate HQ in Armonk NY. The role has visibility to the CFO, Treasurer, Controller, and other senior executives. It is focused on identifying significant risks to the IBM company, engaging across all business units and process leadership to manage risks, and driving risk governance. Governance includes supporting Board of Directors and Audit Committee communications, SVP level forum on broad risks, CFO forum focused on financial risks, and an ERM council to communicate risk effectively cross-enterprise. Risk identification includes an annual process with SVPs, executives, and third parties to identify strategic risks and an ongoing process with peers across functions to monitor for emerging risks. The analyst will also help drive the data analytics and reporting of country level risks in the Country Risk Scorecard.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and support communications and governance processes for the Board, SVPs, and global unit/process executives
* Perform annual process to identify, assess, and document IBM’s Enterprise Risk Profile
* Implement automation, analytics, and AI risk solutions to generate insights for supporting strategic decision making.
* Leverage internal financial and other systems to create risk data-based insights
* Drive the early identification of emerging risks, potential impact, and actions to mitigate
* Support individual business leaders in their management of top risks and perform risk assessments with enterprise implications
* Satisfy the information needs of regulatory entities, clients, and external reporting
* Engage externally on emerging risks and good risk management practices

This role has the responsibility for identifying and assuring the management of risks that directly impact the achievement of strategic objectives of IBM. Influences Functional Strategy. Skills:
