The Enterprise Senior Sales Director will provide strategic and operational leadership to sales roles across the Corporates Enterprise businesses to aggressively meet sales, revenue, retention and organizational objectives.
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this opportunity as Enterprise Senior Sales Director, you will:
Strategy and Growth:
Leads creation and execution of strategies to maximize growth of products and solutions.
Designs and develops strategies to increase market share across the Corporates Enterprise businesses for short and long-term business growth.
Sales Process and Discipline:
Establishes a predictable rhythm of business to enforce discipline in sales and consumption processes, aiming for over-achievement of results.
Instills sales process discipline, adherence to standards, and excellence in execution, ensuring accountability among sales managers.
Coaching and Development:
Coaches and advises on sales strategies for up-sell and co-sell opportunities, focusing on product mix and customer engagement.
Guides pipeline discipline, ensuring coverage, forecast rigor, accuracy, and accountability.
Market Insights and Planning:
Leverages business insights to benchmark performance and define actions for faster business growth than the market.
Contributes to market understanding and sales territory potential, participating in quota setting and sales manager briefings.
Customer and Partner Engagement:
Drives integrated customer planning to exceed growth targets, holding sales managers accountable for plan quality.
Meets with customers and partners to generate new business and accelerate existing opportunities.
Partners and collaborate with Industry & Product Specialists to develop and execute impactful product marketing campaigns and develop our customer solution portfolio.
Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing account management team, fostering a positive and results-oriented environment through sales process excellence.
ABOUT YOU
You’re a fit for the role of Enterprise Senior Sales Director if you have the following required qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in people management or relevant leadership experienceBachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferredProven track record of success in corporate SAAS landscape and industry knowledgeExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, including fluency in English languageAbility to work collaboratively and influence at all levels of the organization in a matrix orgAnalytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insightsStrong problem solving and decision making abilitiesResults driven with a focus on delivering against targets in a fast-paced environmentStrong work ethic, self-motivation, and a passion for driving results.#LI-TGl
