Job Description:
This is a client facing role in the COE (Center of Excellence Organization) which serves as a hub for deep expertise driving business growth. This role will work closely with clients, partners, and other business units to identify digital transformation opportunities. The role needs an understanding the client’s business needs and clearly writing and translating the SOW (Statement of Work) to the successful delivery of the Project. The candidate will be encouraged to craft opportunities, solution, and price.. This role participates in project delivery to guide expertise as required and ensure what was solution-ed and promised to client is delivered as crafted and identify additional transformation opportunities.
The COE team member will continuously monitor trending in market opportunities and will develop and drive cases to support enhanced capability/service/offer development.
This role provides thought-leadership and engage in the publication of white papers, articles, podcasts, and participate in industry conferences.
This role requires deep expertise in ServiceNow Platform, Service Integration, consulting skills, and good understanding of how the technology can address client needs
